Your custom session fee for weekdays, Monday through Friday, starts at $150 which includes up to two individuals with a photo credit of $100. This can also be at your farm shot with up to two individuals and their horses. A limited number of weekend sessions are available. Extended travel fees may apply if your location is outside the 20 mile radius of Judy's location. You may also be responsible for obtaining advance permission or permits for specific location choices.

The portrait session lasts one - two hours depending upon the ages and needs of the children or riders on the day of the shoot. Ample time is allowed for your children to become comfortable with Judy as well as diaper changes, clothing changes, snacks and feeding if necessary. This is a custom, relaxed session designed with fun as a priority.

A custom pre-planning consultation is included with each portrait fee to determine your portrait needs and goals, to create location ideas, to discuss times and personal information pertinent to your family such as nap times for the younger set or school schedules. The proper clothing choices, accessories, props and other options will be discussed with you. Personal ideas are encouraged and welcomed.

In addition to your pre-planning consultation, Judy's travel to and from your location, equipment expenses, the custom session creation, post processing your images and an on-line password protected gallery to view your proofs are all-inclusive within the portrait fee. The portrait fee is due at the time your session appointment is scheduled. Payment may be paid by check or through secure on-line ordering by credit card. The session fee is non-refundable and does include a $100 print credit to be applied to your order. Prints are available in various portrait collections or a la carte.

Prior to your consultation, Judy emails an introductory package to you. Included is information regarding business policies, model releases, clothing suggestions, her style, your goals and tips for a successful photography session. Note any questions you have upon receiving the package so your questions may be addressed during the consultation.

The reservation you schedule is time reserved exclusively for you so please understand that at least a 48 hour cancellation notice is requested. If you have a sick child, please give as much notice as possible.

Prints can be purchased a la carte starting at $25 and print collections are also available. Individuals usually like the guidance offered through the purchase of portrait collections which offer a savings over a la carte purchases. Payment is required at the time of ordering your prints or portrait collections.

For your custom portrait session, drop Judy a note indicating your requested date including all required information so that you may be contacted to discuss the details of the session. Judy's schedule is usually booked several weeks in advance. Only one appointment needs to be scheduled for your actual custom photo session as your proofs will be placed in a secure on-line gallery for viewing from the comfort of your home within two weeks after your session. Password protected, your entire gallery is designed to allow only whom you choose to share the viewing of your event.
